Question: How can I pay for my order?
Answer: Orders placed on our website will have payments go through either PayPal or WorldPay, as these are secure and fast. See our 'How to Buy' page for further details. Alternatively, if you wish to place your order over the telephone, please call us on 02392 006310 and we will be happy to assist.
Question: I do not have a PayPal account, can I still order online?
Answer: Yes, if you go through the payment process, you will see the option to ‘Pay with a debit or credit card’ with Paypal or you can pay with WorldPay. Alternatively, just give us a call and we would be happy to take your order over the phone.
Question: How long will my order take to be delivered?
Answer: We dispatch most orders the same day if placed before 3pm Mon-Fri. Most UK orders are therefore received within 1-3 working days, although occasionally can take longer. International orders can take between 3-7 working days.
Question: I have not received my order yet, has it been dispatched?
Answer: Please allow 7 working days after dispatch before contacting us. You will receive an email from PayPal when your order has been dispatched, and should receive your order shortly after. If you still have not received your order after 7 working days, please contact us using the contact form here.
Question: Can I collect my order?
Answer: Yes, please feel free to pop into our offices if you wish to collect your order, or if you simply wish to see any of our products. Our address is Unit H7 Hermes, Daedalus Park, Daedalus Drive, Lee-On-The-Solent, Hampshire, PO13 9FX. We are open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
Question: I would like to return my item for a refund. How can I do this?
Answer: Please send your unused item to the returns address below, and we will issue your refund as soon as possible. Actesso Medical Supports cannot cover the return postage cost unless the item is faulty or the incorrect item has been received. All items returned to Actesso must be in a new and unused condition, and be returned to us within 30 days of purchase.
Question: What do I do if I have ordered the wrong item?
Answer: Please let us know immediately so that we can amend your order.
Question: Can I exchange my item for a different size?
Answer: Yes, we understand that ordering online can make it difficult to get the correct size, and so we are happy to exchange any item which is returned to us within 30 days of purchase, and in a new and unused condition. Please send your item to the returns address below, including details of which item you would like to exchange it for, and we will dispatch your exchange as soon as possible.
