CUSTOMER EXCHANGES & RETURNS

If you are unsatisfied with any goods bought from Actesso Medical Supports Limited you may return them to us within 30 days, provided the goods are in their original condition. A full refund (excluding the initial posting charge and the return posting charge) will be awarded if we are informed within the above period.

Actesso cannot accept responsibility for any goods lost in transit. We recommend using a recorded service for greater security. When returning an item we are unable to reimburse the return postage charge, unless the item is faulty, or the wrong item has been received. This does not affect your statutory rights.
