I find this style to be the most helpful to my dequervains. There is enough thumb support without restricting my fingers.

This support is a comfortable fit, I can sleep with it on and generally can keep it on as long as I require. The biggest weakness with this type of support is the vinyl covering the alloy strip, previous ones have had this vinyl strip fail exposing the metal strip rendering them useless. This Actesso support has,so far, been fine. Long may it continue ...

Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size, I ordered medium instead of small it's difficult because my hand is m but my arm is s I will use it later in the year on top of sleeves and reorder a smaller size, apart from that it seems ok.

Neoprene Wrist and Thumb with Dual Splint System
This splint is the best I’ve ever used . I need a trapeziectomy , and get a lot of pain in the base of my thumb and wrist . The splint is so well made with a broad metal panel down the palm of the hand which keeps my thumb separated from the palm . After half an hour the pain diminishes . I have bought two cheaper splints in the past , but they have been a waste of money . I thoroughly recommend !

There has been a definite problem in using this wrist support. It came with a leaflet which included no instructions for use except for diagrams numbered 1-3 on the reverse which clearly were of a different device.
I eventually managed to put it on but I had no idea how tightly it should be attached to my wrist. Having said that, it does seem to be doing some good.

I couldn't wait to have the cast removed after fracturing my lower arm, but as soon as it came off I realised how weak, (and still painful), my arm was. A friend recommended I buy this, and I'm so glad I did. It's provided great support as and when needed during my recovery. Great product.
